Ingredients:
2 packs of Mi Sedaap Mi Goreng instant noodles
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
1 small onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, julienned
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Prepare the Noodles:
Cook the Mi Sedaap Mi Goreng noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside, keeping the seasoning packets for later use.
Sauté Beef and Aromatics:
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Add Vegetables:
Add the broccoli florets, sliced bell pepper, and julienned carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Combine Noodles and Sauce:
Add the cooked noodles, beef, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet. Toss everything together until the noodles and vegetables are well-coated with the sauce and heated through.
Serve:
Divide the stir-fry among plates and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
